I love joe's live albums, as a guitarist myself I Can't get enough of the mastery of the fret board, and to watch his pick work is mesmerising , not to mention the guitar history in every guitar he uses. No cheep guitars on show here, only the best instruments money can buy. What a treat a new live album is. The amount of work Joe has put out since his first album is outstanding, so keep em coming Joe and I for one will look forward to every one . ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐Ÿ˜œ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ
  • A worker's due his pay

    By Palacrisis
Great album, Joeโ€™s playing is superb as usual .The fact that he was a young player of note suggests that unlike a lot of โ€œmusiciansโ€ developed through the star system of pretty boys with minimal talent. Joe has done the hard yards playing dime and dollar gigs across the nation .He has served his apprenticeship the hard way by bleeding his fingers raw night after night! So why should he not bring in the big pay cheques after all if sportspeople can earn mega bucks. Why should a superb musician in his pomp not have the same opportunity? More live albums please!
  • Money driven nowadays but still the best .... Bar none.

Nowadays JB is like an automaton, you put money in one end and damn good live music come out the other end, this like all his live albums is top notch and Bonafans old and new will love it, but a few years ago Joe, like Johnson before him went to the crossroads. Joe traded his genuine love of playing for the people for salads and cash. In the days I could afford a JB gig ticket he was awesome at the meet and greet in my small East Coast town, next thing I Know he is keeping everyone at arms distance from the Armani suit. Buy this album, it is very, very good and unfortunately as close as many of his true fans will get to a live gig.
  • Very cool

The best thing about this album is the musicianship. This man clearly loves this music and his band really know how to play it. I adore this album, it makes me happy. :)
  • Is the 9th Live Album in 6 Years Just Another Pay Day

Dont get me wrong, I love Joe Bonamassa, he's done more for Blues Rock in the last 10 years than all the rest of the so called Blues Revial put together and this album is fantastic. But yet another "Live" Album, again I think his live albums are better than his studio one's and they are mostly very different from each other and this one is no exception. This is more blues based with great playing by Joe and a superb band backing him up. However, it all seems to be driven by money, I was at a recent Live show at The Hamersmith Applo in London (which was superb) but the tickets were over ยฃ100, are Joe and his management taking advantage of his loyal fans and exploiting them, I think his Tour De Force Live in London Series being released as 4 seperate full priced albums was particulaly difficult to justify, I mean how many 59 Les Pauls does one guy realy need. Still as a loyal fan I bought this album as soon as it was released and yes its fabulous, but please Joe its about time you took pity on your loyal fans and give us a discount on the next one.
  • Blues Alive!!

Great playing(as you would expect) from Joe and a superb band - a shift towards his roots in blues not just another live album
  • Another Live album

How many live albums does this man need to release!!!!!!. I cant help think this is a money spinner to get more money out of his die hard fans
