As Liam previously said, "you can't re-master something which has already been mastered" and I'd have to agree. I bought this release simply for the extra's and wasn't disappointed. The acoustic version of 'up in the sky', demo of 'columbia' and b-sides which didn't make the cut on The Masterplan are worth the price of the whole album and a stark reminder why Oasis were, just so god, damn good. A band which spoke to a generation. Working class heroes!

I was eleven years old when this album was originally released back in 1994. It’s one of those records that you can’t cast aside; it’s timeless. Sounds even better now it’s been remastered.

Buy it for the extra tracks on the other 2 CDS. As for the album it didn't need to be remastered it was good as it was.
  • Masterful album but lacking in the remastering

Great album reminding me of my youth but it is missing the Live Forever demo which is far superior to the album Version.
  • BEST ALBUM EVER!!!

The first time I heard Whatever had me hooked on Oasis, then along came Definitely Maybe, an absolute classic. To the cynics who are moaning that this is just a money maker rather than actually celebrating an album that has aged so well, just do one you muppets!! Just enjoy what was and still is a classic debut album from the best band since the Beatles. Only problem I have is where is my Digital Booklet iTunes??!!
  • Definitely worth a listen........

Great album to add to the collection of any Oasis fan. Lots of early B sides, live performance and demos to listen to. Hope they release a similar edition for (What's The Story) Morning Glory.
