This album was not made by the 1975. It was made by God himself.

This album took me by surprise, as I didn't hear of The 1975 till June 2015. But when I heard Settle Down I loved it and fell in love with the band. You need to listen to this. All 16 tracks are amazing. Such a great album.

A lovely sound throughout, this album is the perfect foundation on which to build, what I'm sure will be, a long and successful career for The 1975. 'Robbers' was the song of 2013 by a distance and the rest of the album bubbles, bounces, rises and falls with pop/rock extravagance. Some songs border on beautifully crafted spoken word and others burst with bubblegum beats. British music is definitely better for these guys being around.
